No Limit Texas Holdem Rule

The following is the No Limit Texas Holdem Rule

Each player is dealt 2 cards face down. (Hole Cards)
The first round of betting begins
Dealer turns over three community boardcards  face-up. (The Flop)
The second round of betting begins
Dealer turns over 1 more community boardcard (The Turn)
The third round of betting begins
Dealer turns over 1 final community boardcard (The River)
The Final round of betting begins

The player who wins is the player who can make the best 5 card hand based on poker hand ranking using any of the cards on the board and any of his Hold Cards.
